Our unique ayurvedic experience package is perfect for anyone looking for a complete ayurvedic bodywork experience. This package spans a total of 3 hours and combines our most popular ayurvedic treatments into one.

 

Your treatment will begin with a full body ahbyanga massage with pinda sweda herbal steam treatment and your choice of vasti oil holding for either the lower back, knees or heart chakra. This is followed by shirodhara oil pouring over the third eye. The treatment also includes marma point therapy - the stimulation of marma, points of vital life force energy which can help to remove blockages and improve flow of energy as well an bringing balance.
